Ideal for winter sports enthusiasts, cyclists, training or friend groups, or a special stay with plenty of privacy.

Retro yet modern. Villa Cara combines boutique style with modern Tyrolean suburbia. Inside, you will find four suites for four to ten people, each with its own bathroom. On the ground floor are the lounge area, a sauna and training area, as well as access to the outdoor area with garden. All guests are welcome to use the private outdoor pool (from summer 2027). A spacious ski and bike storage room on the ground floor complements the facilities.

  • The outdoor area of Villa Cara, featuring a seating area in the arbour and a seasonal private pool from summer 2027, is available for use by all Edelmanns guests.

  • The sauna and fitness area is located on the ground floor and is accessible to all villa guests.

  • A ski and bike storage room is also available on the ground floor.

  • A hairdryer, shower shampoo, lotion, and soap are provided for your use. For your sauna session, we supply a sauna bag with a bathrobe.
    Parking is available directly on the property. An electric vehicle charging station can be found at the local Gutmann petrol station in Kematen.

Cara’s Suburban Bungalow Exclusive

116 m² for one to four people.

Cara’s Suburban Bungalow is ideal for small groups of up to four people and offers plenty of space on one level. Two bedrooms with king-size beds and their own en-suite bathrooms, including a WC, ensure comfort and privacy.

The open-plan living area with kitchen and fireplace forms the heart of the house. Adjoining it are the covered veranda and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. An additional guest WC and the included parking space right outside the door complete the comfortable stay. The garden with the private, seasonal outdoor pool (from summer 2027) is also available for shared use.
